I use a sustainable, practice-based approach to nutrition and health coaching to help you build healthy habits. One step at a time, one day at a time.

Coaching is the key
Whatever obstacles crop up, I will help you to get over them, under them or around them. We can discuss solutions, modify your programme, amend your goals – we will navigate this together.
Every day, through the online coaching platform, you will get a lesson and a habit to practice. I will review your progress regularly so I can offer you insights and check-in with you to provide guidance and support. You can reach out to me anytime through the online coaching platform and we can connect through messages, email or an online call.
If you’d like to you can also join the Facebook community of peers who are going through the programme at the same time, or who have been through it. This can be so valuable to speak to people who can share their experiences, the knowledge they have gained and to get extra support from likeminded people.
I have worked in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years but I haven’t always been as fit and healthy as I should have been; topping the scales at 100kg in 2010.
With some self-education and a great reason ‘why’, I was able to shed over 1/3rd of my bodyweight in less than 18 months. I have gone on to learn how to coach others through this process of weight-loss and transformation. This results in weight loss, dropping dress sizes, improved relationship with food, no more diets, less anxiety, shame and embarrassment.
I work with clients on a deeper level to other health and fitness professionals, truly trying to understand their goals, needs and resistance points. I won’t shy away from difficult conversations, I helps clients discover strategies to overcome sticking points and barriers.
Change isn’t easy, if it was, we wouldn’t try lots of different diets, new exercise fads, cheap gyms, expensive gyms, miracle supplements – all designed to help us change, but all fundamentally flawed. I understands this so I use a different philosophy in my coaching.

How much will it cost?
The 3-month coaching programme is £997
You will get personal nutrition and health coaching with daily practices and lessons to give you the skills, tools and habits to make your results last a lifetime, with coaching, support and accountability to help you put this knowledge into practice, so it works as effectively for you as possible, and this doesn't become another 'fad' or 'diet'; this is real, practical advice with the support needed to implement and see results.
