Cancellation Policy
Why do you charge a cancellation fee?
Late cancellation and non-attendance mean we are unable to offer these appointments to other clients.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments being cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be liable to a late cancellation charge. The charge will be the 50% of the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, charged at our standard rates.
Cancellation within 1 hour of your appointment or non-attendance will result in you being liable to pay the full fee of the appointment, charged at our standard rates.
